Accuracy

The date maths is standard and we take care with it, but always confirm a date that carries a real consequence, a deadline, a contract, a legal notice, against an official source or calendar. Time zones and local holiday rules can shift things the tool does not know about.

Holidays and local rules

The business days count skips weekends but not public holidays, which differ by country and region. Where a legal deadline depends on working days, check the rules that apply to you.

Fair use

Everyday use has no limits. Please don't batter the site with bots, copy it wholesale, overload it, or use it unlawfully, so it stays quick for the next person.

Ownership

The design, code and text are ours. The plain facts, like a week being seven days, belong to everyone and you may quote them. Just don't pass the whole site off as yours.
